Looks like the powers that be heard my plea… the rain stopped today and we hoisted anchor and headed toward Ft Lauderdale. Cloudy sky and calm sea, things seemed just peachy cruising along… then we heard whhizzzzzzz, the sound one hears when a fish bites the lure, oh yes, sushi! Chris wrestled with the rod and our unseen dinner, reeling it in, while I wound in the genoa and slowed down T R I B E. We all gathered around Chris excitedly as this seemed like a big one, little did we know just how big…

We entered Ft Lauderdale and made our way along the "streets" of the rich and famous… and anchored in Lake Sylvia where we are surrounded by beautiful houses lit up with fire and fairy lights.
